Absolutely lovely vets. They took our ferrets even though they're semi-exotic pets and ordered in the adrenal implants especially for us. I was anxious about my boys going under anesthesia for the procedure and the vet put me at absolute ease and took such good care of them. Previously they've been to other vets and left a little traumatised but after their visit at Victoria's they came home immediately their usual happy bouncy selves. Our little dog Willow Magic was very ill recently and Victoria vets brought him back from the brink of death, we are very grateful and can't thank them enough, but and there is a but, it was very expensive, we would pay anything to keep our boys alive.

I have been with Victoria vets for years and have spent thousands of pounds on my dogs. They have always treated them well. On saturday evening one of my girls needed to see a vet. You are given an out of ours number which i phoned straight away. The young girl on the phone told me they did not have an emergency vet working and gave me another number. I rand and was told they did not deal with my area. I rang the young girl back and she gave me another number. I rang this and foud it was 45 mins from where i live and they would try to fit us in. My dog needed a C-section. This was a joke. I phoned another vet near me myself and my dog was seen by them straight away. All i can say is victoria vets will be losing me as a customer, my 12 dogs and 4 cats if they dont sort out there out of hours vets as the last thing i needed was to phone around and find my own vet
